our 80sqm apartment is suited for four persons. The apartment is nonsmoking.
The apartment has two beds with a double bed each (180x200cm mattress). In addition, the apartment has a state of the art, fully equipped and spacious kitchen providing four ring ceramic stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, cloths washer, toaster, egg cooker, fridge etc. The open and warm atmosphere of the terrace makes breakfast an adventure.
The cozy living room invites you to relax with an attractive seating area and a television and video disc player. Also available is a wireless dsl connection (one-time five eu fee). The living room also has a selection of books, board games and parlor games and dvds.
The bathroom consists of a vanity and an oversized bath, fitting 2 people comfortably. An extra guest toilet is available.
On our terrace you can end the day with a glass of wine, fire up the grill or catch some sun rays comfortably.
There are 2 bicycles for a nominal fee of 1.50 euros / day. If you want to bring your own bikes, you will find space for them in our large lockable basement. Feel free to leave your ski or golf equipment there as well.

Day trips to the saxon switzerland, the elbe sandstone mountains, upper lusatia, to görlitz, bautzen, prague, ore, spreewald, and much more are easily reachable by bus, train, boat or car. Easily and without changing trains will take you to the dresden city center, by using the five-minute drive from the apartment remote park and ride parking bühlau (ullersdorfer place) with transfer to buses and trams. You can run also directly to dresden by bus at weissig 61st.
In the immediate vicinity of our apartment runs the walking and bike path dresden heath - over saxon switzerland. In summer you can relax at the "marienbad" pool only two km away - with boating lake, beautifully landscaped children's play area, boat rentals, etc.
Just 200 meters from our comfortable apartments already removed the recreation area "dresdner heath". It is perfect for hiking or biking, jogging or cross country skiing in winter and also offers a lot of riding trails. Also located here is the 1st climbing gymnasium in dresden. Climbing indoors is also possible.

for a 1st orientation we recommend a town tour from the church of our lady of the augustus street to the zwinger, then the theater plaza to the brühlsche terrace - in this small area line up the johanneum, stable yard, cathedral, royal palace, taschenbergpalais, semper carousel, semper opera albertinum and the most famous architectural monuments of dresden, which hold the most important collections. You can make a nostalgic trip on a paddle steamer to the blue wonder - or a leisurely drive to the pillnitz palace.
At least as much idyll is offered at the great garden, with its baroque palace in the center with a park railway, zoo, transparent factory, botanical garden, rowing boats for the carolasee lake, sunbathing and playing fields as well as the absolutely remarkable hygiene museum.
